Well, even though my messages don't seem to be getting posted to SDIY 
lately....

The TL074, or any quad with the standard LM324 type pinout....have the 
power supply pins on the opposite side from most IC's...using the TL072 
type, as stated below, make the PC board layouts a lot cleaner....
