[sdiy] what size drill bits for 1/4" and 1/8" jacks?

I'll try to look this up later and see if I have the information, but for
right now the quickest way to find out might be to check the web site for
the manufacturer of the jacks. Most manufacturers will have suggested
mounting hole drawings. Even if you don't know the exact manufacturer, you
should be able to get a rough idea from any manufacturer that makes a
similar jack. Just measure what you have and make sure it's reasonably
close.
