[sdiy] ASM-1 lfo

I don't think that will be a problem, I'm gonna use it to control a sample
and hold circuit, so I just need an ok pulse wave with a pretty wide range.

And no there's no VC but apparently the ASM-2 lfos will be voltage
controlled, but I don't think its necessary in this case.
