According to some calculations I did a couple of years ago, a 16 bits DAC
with 64 Kb of Eprom should give enough resolution...
Another question I have is about the risk of having adjacent VCOs lock
to the same freq... Would decoupling be enough to avoid this ?
Last but not least, tuning a bank of VCOs is crucial.
Is there any auto-tune schemo / procedure available somewhere ?
I recall reading somewhere that some poly from the 80's (Seqential I guess)
featured an auto-tune circuitry...
