Might be broken, I tried the wonky tom module first

Those mods you listed sound like fun! The "emphasis" amp is just
begging to be played with.

About the FETs, had you noticed those to be volatile when you were
trying those mods? Perhaps you are just more knowledgeable than I about
what to or not connect. Analog circuits I've played with like this have
typically not been so sensitive.

Have you succeeded in making the "memory" switch triggerable? I have
been looking for links on switching with FETs, but have not found this
sort of application mentioned.
