Just learned this the hard way.
When you buy something w/ paypal, and you don't get the goods or services,
ALWAYS lodge your complaint within 30 days of buying it, or they won't
help you.
This is bad news for anyone buying electronics kits w/ paypal, where
the vendor says it might take 3-4 weeks to deliver the goods.
(read: ele4music).
Ok, I am a patient man, but now I'm getting pissed off. I still haven't
gotten my "clearance" boards from EFM; no one at EFM returns my emails or
posts to their forum; no boards here yet; no one at Paypal seems willing
to help.
I don't mind that the boards are delayed, or even lost somewhere, maybe
some kid in Peoria got them instead, but, the vendor not emailing me back
isn't cool as I see it.
I may still get the boards (it's been over 6 weeks now since the original
order), but, I'm now figuring, probably not, and kiss $43 goodbye.
OK, whatever. Hope the TomG is enjoying the reefer he bought with the
free money. From all the mistakes in his PCB's and documentation, I
assume this is where extra money like this goes.
I'm off to my day job, so I can make more money, so I can send more off to
vendors who buy pot with it.
