[sdiy] Making / repairing a keytop ??

Hi Folks,

I got a totally boss Baldwin Fun Maker over the weekend at a garage sale
only problem is that one of the keytops is shattered and the pieces are
gone.

Have any of you repaired or built from scratch a plastic piece like this ?
What / where do you get the material ? What do you use to glue it together ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
