So I see it happens on ebay too...
It's a widespread practice over here. Most popular Polish auction site
(not ebay affiliate) is flooded with samples. TI/BB, Analog Devices
and sometimes Maxim. And mainly high-priced ICs.
Probably because of that some manufacturers wont send samples
to Poland anymore.
