[sdiy] Organizing Components

I have a lot of my resistors organized by the first two bands - i.e. all
33R, 330R, 3k3, 33k, 330k etc are in the same draw. It's not to hard to see
which is which once you open the draw. Not ideal, but save a lot of draws. I
also have "bulk bins" that contain caps of each decade - i.e. everything
between .1 and .91 are in the same bin, perhaps bagged as groups, or in some
instances, just mixed together pending sorting.
