[sdiy] frequency counter , for very little money!

In one of the later number of Elector/Elektronik För Alla
there is a 4Mhz frequency/pulse period/timing counter.

You get very much for almost zero money, it uses very
few components,uses a tiny ATMEL 90s2313 MCU.

The swedish sub directory of Elector provides
the software and PCB drawing for free at:

While the UK sub dir charge you for it? Really strange!!
