[sdiy] frequency counter

A good possible alternative is a "soft" strobe tuner....while I have not 
found this software, I understand several companies have software that runs 
on a PC that emulates a strobe tuner.  This is a lot better than a 
frequency counter....a traditional frequency counter is not actually very 
useful to tune an instrument.
