I'm curious why you would want to do this... ?  At the very least, if you go out
on gigs, you might have to retune the system.  Why isn't a good LFSR or good
diode noise source sufficient?  Either one can be built from dirt cheap parts,
the LFSR type is easily in the $2.00 or less range.  And the noise spectrum can
be limit and customized with filters to get the sound you want.
