My "MIDI THEREMIN" is actually a

QUANTIZED midi theremin so it is indeed, cheating. It drives an analog
CV as well as MIDI notes. Unlike ALL OTHER (known) midi theremen
(the plural of theremin ??? ;^) it does not use pitch-bend messages.

In my case, notes from a lookup table that allows many scales, in all
standard keys... is sent as midi data. The volume antenna is sent to
Midi volume, Velocity, or both simultaneously.

mine is based on the Big Briar Etherwave, with the PV-1 pitch to voltage
converter (formerly distributed by EFM)
