I just wanted to point out that those are the SN76477NF (Narrow) 28-pin DIP
ICs with .070" pins and you'll need an adapter board to use them.  Blacet
might have some of the adapter boards left if you do need them as those are
the chips used on the final version... the Dark Star Chaos Rev. B.

However... here's the much more desirable and rarer SN76477N (Wide) 28-pin
DIP ICs with .1" pins (and at a very reasonable price too):
