[sdiy] Sources for TI 2N76477

I'm going to frame my last TI 76477 along with my Radio Shack documentation
as a tribute to a bygone era. And I have to agree that it was very cheezy
and a lot of hype over a whacky little chip. It's claim to fame: the siren,
the locomotive noise, and the inimitable gun shot. But if someone was
offering $10,000 for one I might be persuaded to part with this little
beauty ;-)
