[sdiy] Scope recommendations (again)

I cannot recommend the Circuit Specialists scopes. They seem like good
deals, but the reliability is poor. I had one of the 30 MHz models. It
lasted about 50 weeks, some sort of triggering failure as I recall, just
before the warranty expiration. They replaced it, and this one lasted maybe
1-1/2 years, looks like CRT failure.

Even when it did work, the display dimmed at higher sweep rates.

Best bet is a good condition Tektronix scope off ebay.
