Only one single room of music/electronic equipment?  What about the
overflow?  Why on earth would anyone need a whole room for shoes, when
a box under the bed for them should suffice?  One would never even
come close to wearing all of those shoes out, so that doesn't sound
very cost effective.  Now, if she wanted an entire room for crafts, a
conservatory (greenhouse), or some other hobby, that would be
different.  I'd be inclined to get out of that relationship before its
too late.
