[sdiy] Recommendations for VCO circuits

Well, of course, I am pejudiced....but I have had extremely good luck with
these circuits, and the first one doesn't require any hard to find or
expensive components.

The second will track to within about 1 or 2 cents over 7 octaves (at
least)...actually the first one is about the same...
