Yeah, the pins look the wrong way around.
The pins, with the tab at the top and from the front:
IN GND OUT
Or IGO as I like to remember it.
But its GIO for negative regulators.
The other way to think of it is that the substrate, or the metal tab, is
always the most negative point.
