Thanks to all who replied! I don't know if this is about PCB or something else, though. PCB was used in transformers, and yes, abandoned a long time ago. So this was also used in oil capacitors? Reasonable. But are you sure this was used in electrolytics? What is oil doing in electrolytics? JH.
