Angst are the word of the day, just to mentioning it Mosfet like 4007 are:

Varying its Rds with temperature,its Rds with varying voltage
across it, low input and supply voltages generates terrible 
non linearites, it leak's differently depending on temperature,
input and supply voltages and current passing by it!
Otherwise thay are all fine..;-)
