Mike wrote about his digital delay through zero flanging experiments 
yesterday. I've made some webspace to host the files for some month..

Here's a couple of mp3's. TZF-4 uses pink noise for a test signal, while 
TZF-3 uses a VCO. The flanging was swept manually with a potentiometer. 
The setup is two separate boards, each with an M50195P delay chip and
4164 RAM, almost identical to the app note circuit given for the PT2395. 
One board has a 4 MHz crystal oscillator, while the other uses a 
74HC4046 as a voltage controlled clock sweepable from about 3.5 MHz to
4.5 MHz. The output of the two boards are summed equally for best notch 
depth. Some of the capacitor values shown in the app note needed 
adjustment to get better low-end and high-end response.
