[sdiy] Identification of 1970's logic parts?

Googling and usenet haven't paid off; maybe someone on the
list can help me identify some logic parts dating from
1970. I'm doing some reverse engineering on a Triadex
Muse for documentaiton purposes but it uses a family I've
never encountered. Functions appear to be similar to ttl
(gates, hex inverters, flipflops). Packages are standard 14-,
16-, and 24-pin dip. Manufacture date is 1970. Logo is an
outlined box with small 's' inside (LSI?). Given loads
and resister pull-up values, logic can sink quite a bit of
current. Power supply is a bit outside of standard ttl
spec (running about 5.6V). Some inverters/drivers are
used to sink current from a separate 3+V supply. Devices
I'm trying to track down are: TR1001, TR1004, TR1005,
TR1006, TR1007, TR1008, TR1009, TR1010, TR1011, TR1014,
TR1016, and TR1023. Might be a private labelling but I'm
hoping not....

tnx
