Abra Electronics has the CD4008 for US$0.35 each. They also have
the 74HC283, for US$0.64.

I'm a recent (and satisfied) customer.
Nope, they don't have any SN76477s. No BBDs, either.....
But since they have a Montreal store from which they ship to all their
Canadian customers, they're now the first place I check for weird
parts.
