[sdiy] Stix Programma sync?

I'm hoping someone can help me out on this.  Here's a little excerpt from
the manual for my Programma:

"IN: Input jack to take the CLOCK pulse from other instruments. Pulse must
be 8-10ms positive and upward type and the voltage must be less than 6
volts."

I'd like to sync this thing up with my other gear, but what can I obtain or
create that will fill those requirements? I've been considering getting a
MIDI-CV converter, perhaps something along those lines would do the trick?

If anyone is actually using one of these machines and has it synced to a
midi rig, please let me know how you've accomplished it.
