Quite the opposite, IMHO. What you can do with your breath pressure is 
far more interesting than any EG can do.

I don't use the flute interface I described in an earlier mail much, 
but I also play an Yamaha WX5 Wind MIDI Controller. I used to play 
keyboards before I got the WX5, but I hardly touch the keyboards any 
more.
