You can use a 120V / 20V transformer hooked up in "autotransformer"
mode.  You connect the primary and secondary in series (in phase of
course)..
apply the 120 volts to the outside of the series connection, and take
the 100V
from across the 120V winding.   Easy /cheap... but does not provide line
isolation
