Not easy, the wavetables in the PPG were 'generated' when you selected a new
table.
There are 127 waveforms in the OS ROM (images on www.ppg.synth.net) you'll
need to extract the positions in the table and do the linear interpolation
in order to generate the 'missing' waveforms in the tables.
