Digikey, Allied, and Arrow are all good places for Canadians to order 
from since they handle all the brokerage fees. I always get parts 
within 24 hours from these places (I'm in Calgary). As long as you 
meet their minimum order requirements, they're quite reasonable 
(shipping is usually only $8 from Digikey). I also order from Mouser 
but it takes a bit longer since the courier has to handle the 
brokerage fees. If you order from Mouser use Fedex 3 day not UPS (UPS 
charge outrageous amounts for their brokerage fees).
