There's been much interest in this book in the stompbox related forums.
Many have tried to contact the author, and one or two are even willing
to buy rights to the book for republishing. Unfortunately, the author
has apparently disappeared, and it seems it may take effort from a
private investigator to find his whereabouts (or next of kin if
needed).
Thing is, the book itself, from the couple of page scans I've seen,
doesn't seem all that incredible. Probably on the level of the old
Craig Anderton book. I think most of the interest in this book is the
result from it being mostly obscure-few have seen it. The author did
seem to release several "newsletters" which would delve into specifics
of particular ideas. These seemed a little more interesting (to me,
anyways). But they also seem to have vaporized, along with the author.
