You could also get a .1" pitch crimp on connector, to go on the end of the
ribbon cable, and a mating PCB header.  Makes attaching to the PCB a little
easier (less tedious stripping of the ribbon cable, for starters!), and
it'll come apart easily, if it ever needs to do so.
