Bert,
We did something similar at school, we even tried several different
methoids.
Depending on how thick the plastic is.
if its this then vacuum forming works well, you can make your own jig easy
enough out of blocks of wood and a hoover.
If its thicker then you can get plastic that is designed to be heated, then
shaped and left to cool.
Again, make a jig with some wood, heat it, put it in the Jig and let it cool
for an hour or so.
