Hi rene, Jurgen and all,
Yes, its heater circuit is one of most important part for this amp.
This project's one of aim is that how we could reduce the cost of building
tube amps in Hi-fi sounds.
We stop buying OPT for tube. We use small transformer for transistor as
impedance matching. and next, we omit heater transformer. This amp cost just
under $100.
As rene said, this methods based on old trans-less TV sets or something. if
you have enough budget, we should better use transformer as heater circuit.
this project has an aim. So I don't use it. but I recommends using transformer
for heater. because this amp get great Hi-Fi sounds.
this methods is so funny. capacitor never get heats like resistor. we can
calculate capacitance by this flash application.

Japanese Power source is 100V. and it doesn't have grand line. it's just
unbalance transfer. so we always get trouble, in this case. I build this
2 set. MR. kikuchi build, off course , and one more friend also build.
these 4 set never give us E-Shock yet.

is another solution by also Japanese hobbyist about the heater circuit.
