[sdiy] semi ot: searching for a transistor power amp schematic

In contrary to other interests on this list, I'm looking for a
transistor (MOSFET) power amp schematic.

Basically they all look the same, double differential amp, cascode,
emitter or source follower.

What I'm after is:

-included protection circuits (proven)
-an op amp input stage with op amp supply pins used to feed
 currents to the cascode (perhaps NE5534)
-possibly regulated power supply

I need four power amps for a four channel active speaker project.
The MOSFETS should allow for easy power scaling, i.e. tweeter will 
get only on pair, woofer 8.
