[sdiy] Glide circuit, how possible?

Hello list! My name is Jason Stout and I need a reality check, and some advice.
 
How possible, or practical, is the addition of a glide circuit to this sequencer:

How would it be done?
I can't see it happening, but if it is practical, I think you guys would know.
