Subject: [sdiy] EMS AKS
To my Friends:
Has anyone on the list dealt with EMS recently? I have been trying to contact them through their website to make an order for an SYNTHI A, but I do not get any response!
I would love to obtain one of these, as I have had some health setbacks recently and find that the modular Synths I currently posses are too heavy for me to lift safely, which great hinders the mobility I need to gig successfully
If anybody has current info on contacting EMS, please pass it on

Doug,
This post is giving me deja vu. :-) Magnus provided a fairly detailed answer (in my opinion) when you posted this 2 weeks ago. I've enclosed it, below.
Did you not get his reply? You might at least acknowledge it when asking the same question again.

Dear Mr. Walker,
[snip]
Sorry to hear about your healt. Hope for a swift recovery.
As for EMS, I have had some contacts with them and I have a friend who made
several purchases from EMS recently. I have been talking to
Robin Wood <Robin at ems-synthi.demon.co.uk> and that email address is
operational. Robin has moved to a bigger shop in order to get the Synthi-A
and VCS-3 production going smoother among other things. Robin has been a little
slow on emails, but he does respond.
Good luck! The Synthi-As are lovely machines, and hopefully one day I too will
have one.
Cheers,
Magnus
