Search at Verstiontracker.com or MacUpdate.com.

Aside from the commercial A-V apps the only thing I can think of is one
that searches for key loggers, and AFAIK those all have to be manually
installed. The malware writers have largely ignored the Mac OS for years
due to its relative obscurity.
