[sdiy] Panels, Transistor replacement for Oberheim Mini-sequencer

Only $0.18 apiece from Mouser, I hope they will substitute.  I don't know enough
about the circuit to be able to tell, but I can always breadboard it and see
what happens.  Thanks for the info,
