I just looked 2n4302 up in the Bible (Motorolla Semiconductor Handbook,
5th edtion), it is listed as an N-JFET, IDSS of 5mA, gate leakage 1nA, 30V
breakdown...closest equiv is 2n5457....not much info, but maybe more than
you had...I hope....
