[sdiy] Spartan 3 Eval board up and running....finally

         I finally got the Memec Spartan 3 board up and running.  Turns out 
the problem was the JTAG pod that came with the kit.  The Spartan 3 is a 
2.5 volt part (well, the IO pins are), and the pod that came with the kit 
won't work at that voltage.  The Pod was more or less free, so I didn't 
feel too ripped off, but I did end up having to purchase a Xilinx Parallel 
Cable IV, which now works 100% reliable.

         Now, the next thing I need to do is interface the eval board to a 
STK500 AVR board (with a Mega128)...and an audio dac....
