I found this time ago. It looks very interesting, but I can't find it again
to download... (I only have the index pdf)
Any clue of where is it? I emailed the author, but no response.
The thesis title is
"The synthesis and application of polyphase filters with sequence asymmetric
properties"
by Michael John Gingell, 1975. University of London.
