I have it up on the web. Mike was very kind and took a great effort in order to
transfer them to me so I could put them on the web. I have however failed to
actually to a webpage for them as I recall it. However, if you go back in time
a few months you will find the URLs you need in an email from me to Jürgen
Haible in a thread relating to frequency shifters. I could try to tidy that
situation up when I come home (sitting in the office now).
This is a very good reading if you want to know the ins and outs of good
frequency shifters. While the theory is a bit mind-blowing at first, once you
"got it" it comes down to fairly simple layouts, dimensionings and all that.
