See if you can find some vacant room in the chassis to mount a battery holder and then simply run wires from the holder to the two solder pads on the PCB.... Changing a battery from a holder is MUCH easier down the road.... This is what I did when the soldered battery in my MemoryMoog went belly up.... Jeff
