if you're prepared to pay more and have a scope for life, I'd vote
for Tektronix, i.e. TDS210. Works excellent and has never failed
me during several years. Shows stuff not possible to see on analog
scopes, like burst of 100ns spikes on 1s/div setting etc.
But it's entry level digital scope, so don't expect miracles.
