Right, yet the best operating point for the switch is halfway between
its supplies. So I used +-5V. Luckily the Vss pin can be used for a
level translation, so that one can work with 5V logic signals.

Sure, that would squeeze the outmost in performance out of the switches.
But I think even without that the nonlinearity should be negligible.
