Most EU made power supplies running at 230V are quite happy in taking
anything from 220V to 250V. They should be able to cope with 265V if
they are for the UK. Try the 230 linking first and if there are no
problems under load, then stick with that. If you do get hum breaking
through under high loading, then go with the 215V.

The Power One does have linking between the sense and output terminals.
The linking is via relatively low value resistors on the PCB. I guess
the Condor have skimped a bit, and have gone for wire links instead.
Either way, you are probably quite safe to leave these links in place.
