[sdiy] Frequecy Divisor Question (TTL pulse stretcher needed)

Hey, now i begin to talk to myself.
At least to answer my oqn questions...

I made a simple circuit of a 74F00 and
a 74LS00 (to use this for delay)

ASCII-MAtic here:

So the signal goes through the both "F" NAND gates,
but the 2nd ones turn-off is delayed  by the switching
time of the LS gate.

Crude, but it works. Now i can divide the 100 MHz down just fine.
But i bet there must be a simpler (1-chip) solution. Who knows ?
