[sdiy] OTA stuff

Hello all,

I've started to put together some things about OTA. I plan to expand on 
that (put in references, take a look at CMOS OTA and a more thorough 
analysis of the temperature dependence), but since I won't be able to 
do this anytime soon, I've just uploaded as is in the hope someone 
finds it useful. Corrections and suggestions for improvement are 
welcome.
