Isn't that made only for transmission lines?
The wires we usually have represent unmatched and
inhomogenous lines...

PSpice has a model called "lossy line" which includes frequency dependent
R' and G'.

However, getting the required data for a specific cable is not an easy
task. You will have to make a lot of measurements and simulations in
parallel to fine tune the model before you can rely on the simulation
results for an unknown system.
