[sdiy] novice VCO with v/oct tracking

I have corrected the link (Guess I had a mirror in there, instead of the
real mccoy--opps. (or should I say "stoopps"?) and added another reference
to the 10K trimmer which yes indeed is necessary to make this easily
"calibratable".
